This study was to find out the value and nature and to evaluate the worth of Practical Art Subject which included decision making procedures through Practical Art Curriculum improving processing. The study described in detail with a viewpoint of participant who involved development project with ethnographic research method on who involved in which procedure of Practical Art Curriculum processing, what standards and line of connections decided education contents, what the differences were and what the left subject would be. Dominant values affected decision making procedure of education development processing was the concepts and understanding methods included ‘relationship between Practical Art Subject and its construction’ and ‘relationship of elementary and middle school’. These worked very important to understand the nature and phenomenon of Practical Art Curriculum and was also considered as an urgent issue with multilateral viewpoints.
