The Web-based Invention Education Program is developed in order for teachers of technology subject who try to perform invention education in the ‘Technology & Home-economics’ subject area of high school to perform the hands-on activity effectively. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the procedure of development is composed of 3 steps; preparation, development and improvement. The conclusion from the research is as follows; First of all, the developed program used in helping learners easily understand problem solving through organizing the frame of the unorganized thinking which learners feel difficult. Secondly, it reduced the burdens of lesson to both learners and teachers by preparing the material for teachers, pre-education for the activity and instruction process method on the main window of the developed program. Finally, since it provides the program developed on Web(http://kisul.webzero.co.kr/), teachers delivered the corresponding lesson more clearly to learners through ICT and presented the instructional strategy for each step in a more convenient way.
