The purpose of this study was to verify work study program effects on the attitude of elementary school pupils towards resource conservation. To conduct the research, a program of work-study for environment was developed by the researcher. Two classes, 5th grade of S elementary in Seoul were chosen to perform the work-study for environment. The result is as follows; The eco-friendly attitude of resource conservation of the experiment group which was applied to the work-study program revealed significantly in cognitive territory, definitive territory, and active territory. The work-study program developed for environment education was verified to foster eco-friendly attitudes.
