Practical Arts Education has focused on the life experience in childhood, the family life and the work. This study aims to find out a reflected child’s lifestyle in Practical Arts Education and its possibility applying into Practical Arts Education. In order to achieve this goal, the paper investigates the meaning of child’s lifestyle in the literature and also attempts to analyze curriculum history in Practical Arts Education. Recently, a child’s lifestyle is oriented consumption and individualism and these value is comprised in Practical Arts Education contents. Practical Arts Education should be a child’s life focusing on ‘family’ and ‘work’. Therefore, this study that Practical Arts Education should improve the subject of Practical Arts Education in the curriculum.
