The purpose of this study was to survey and analyze the constructing and management styles of specilized course for pre-service teacher education programs in Practical Arts Education area. Through the research, substitute guidelines for new curriculum constructing are presented. As a result, there are difficiencies of principles to construct and manage the specialized course subject. So this study present three points as follows; First, the actual conditions of constructing and management styles are varied to sub-majors and professor majors. Second, there’re no basic rules for times and credits, semesters, essential courses, and relation with elementary education. Third, the basic principles and orientations are presented and substitute curriculum constructing outlines are suggested.
