In this study, we designed and implemented a web courseware about the rational application of an allowance, and analyzed it’s effect of applying to the real lesson learning for the elementary school students and verified whether it is efficient or not on the class applied to. This web courseware have some educational distinctions. First, this presents a creative logo screen which motivates students to have a eagerness for study. Second, at first page, this provides a main menu of total materials for studying of the rational application of an allowance. Third, this offers materials for deep study of clever decision for consumption related to our life closely. We separate class which has 62, fifth grade elementary school students in C elementary school, Gwangsan-Gu, Gwangju City into a experimental group and a controlled group. After analyzing learning effect of our web courseware, we can get theses results. About the recognition part, there is not important difference, but the function part and the sentiment part, the experimental group get higher grade than the controlled group.
