The purposes of this study were to design and manage differential teaching-learning process for subject matter education in elementary school. For this, the study was carried out through review of literature, journal, and related educational materials. Environment of differential teaching-learning was changed so many by educational philosophy, teaching-learning method and media, and an outlook on the knowledge such as constructivism, experience study, knowledge by method etc.. But, the process of teaching-learning process had many problems. First, Elementary teachers had wrong teaching-learning methods, mistaken outlook on the education and the subject matter, and uniform teaching skills. Second, students had wrong learning attitudes, low basic learning abilities and prerequisite learning. Third, the quantity and the material of learning was not adequate. Therefore, the differential teaching-learning process for subject matter education in elementary school should be designed systematically and managed effectively : diagnosis and classification of learner(level Ⅰ), determination of differential teaching-learning objective(level Ⅱ), selection and application of differential teaching-learning method(level Ⅲ), development of differential teaching-learning material(level Ⅳ), development and application of evaluation tool(level Ⅴ).
