The study was conducted to find out the levels of career attitude maturity of elementary school students and its correlation with family system and self-efficacy. To this end, data were collected to measure career attitude maturity, family system, and self-efficacy of 740 elementary school students in Korea. As for statistical methods, reliability analysis using Cronbach’s alpha, ANOVA, correlation analysis, simple regressing analysis, simultaneous multiple regression analysis, and path analysis were used in this study. Results of this study were as follows: First, the career attitude maturity scores of the subjects were not influenced by the location of schools, grades, and gender. However, career attitude maturity scores was higher among high academic achievement students than low students. Second, there was a significant positive relationship between family system and career attitude maturity, a positive relationship between family system and self-efficacy, and a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and career attitude maturity. Third, family adaptability and family cohesion have a significant positive influences to student’s self-efficacy, and family adaptability have higher relationship than family cohesion. Fourth, self-efficacy of elementary school students had a significant positive impact to career attitude maturity. In particular, impact level was comparatively high in confidence and preparation domain. This support the possibility that Korean elementary school students able to prepare the self career as self-efficacy level. Fifth, family adaptability and family cohesion of the subjects had significant influence on students’ career attitude maturity. And influential level of family adaptability was higher than family cohesion, and family system had a most explanation power to preparation in sub-domain of career attitude maturity.
