This study suggests the active-educational involvements of the Practical Arts Education in the low-birth and aging society. The important concept of Practical Arts Education is “work” and “family”. Concretely Practical Arts Education will be able (1) to take charge of the valuable education which re-illuminates meaning against work and occupation, (2) to support children who will be living in the low-birth and aging society, (3) to educate children who can manage own life independently. The previous research suggested respect for person, populations, families and well-beings as the common domains of school education. Based on the conceptual frameworks in previous research, this study suggests a new Practical Arts Education curriculums related to the issues such as human development and families, living with planting, basic cookeries, and career development. The proposed new Practicals Art Education curriculum in school education would be the valuable education which supports healthy individual, family and society by approaching actively to the concrete issues in the low-birth and aging society.
