The purpose of this study was to develop the learning program for girl students friendly in elementary technology classes and to find out about how the learning program for girl students friendly affects the attitude about technology and the scholastic achievement about classes. The strategy of technology learning was composed of girl students friendly, and it was considered as 4 items. 4 items mean Interest, Experience, Environment, and Encouragement. The elementary technology classes were put in operation by the learning program which was considered girl students friendly. Experimental group who took part in the elementary technology classes considering girl students friendly improved in the scores of attitude and the scores of scholastic achievement significantly. Controlled group who participated in general classes did not show meaningful improvement in the scores of attitude, but it showed meaningful improvement in the scores of scholastic achievement. Comparing experimental group with controlled group, experimental group showed more improvement of significant difference than controlled group in the scores of attitude and the scores of scholastic achievement. Therefore, technology learning program for girl students friendly which was considered 4 items technology learning strategy showed to improve the attitude about technology and the scholastic achievement about classes.
