The purpose of this study was to consider the ‘what to’ and ‘how to’ teach in order to active to 7th revising Practical Arts Education(PAE) curriculum. Especially, I emphasized on the under standing to basic frame about the contents and the methods of PAE. For the understanding the content organization, I inquired into the background of content select ion, the historical feature of it, the difference of 6th and 7th revising curriculum and the character of it. Also, for the understanding the teaching methods, I inquired into the principle, the development direction and how to approach of it.
