In this study, a educational circuit tester for the fourth-grade class of elementary school students were developed. The results of the study are summarized as follows: (1) The average score of the test group in the understanding of the circuit tester’s functions, names and usages was 2.867. while that of the control group was 2.5. It showed that the test group was highly significant difference. (2) The average score of the test group in measuring the Ohms was 2.9. while that of the control group was 2.333. It showed that the test group was highly significant difference. (3) The average score of the test group in measuring the DCV was 2.833. while that of the control group was 1.667. It showed that the test group was highly significant difference. (4) The average score of the test group in measuring the ACV was 2.4. while that of the control group was 0.8. It showed that the test group was highly significant difference. (5) The average score of the test group in measuring the DCmA was 2.8. while that of the control group was 1.3. It showed that the test group was highly significant difference. As summarized above, it was found that the educational circuit tester for the electricity study by the elementary school students was more effective than the conventional one.
