The purpose of this study was to analyze change and content analysis of practical arts curriculum for the curriculum framework of the 21th century in educational university. The major findings of the study were as follows : Educational universities have opened the required and optional subject of liberal arts course, the optional subject of each subject education insufficiently. Therefore, they should open many practical arts subjects such as ‘Occupation and Career’, ‘Agricultural life science and Environment’, ‘Environmental education of daily living’, offer the opportunity of choice to students. Toward this point, educational contents should relate to practical arts education, reflect students’ interest. Also, practical arts subjects should be revised titles for the future. And educational universities should study the level, contents, and framework of practical arts curriculum.
