This study is inversted the relationships among Teaching and Learning Methods of practical Arts and Personality Type of primary School Teachers’ and Students’. The purpose of this study is to help teacher to recognize the diverse personality type and teaching and learning Methods for selecting appropriate way of practical Arts Education. The distribution of personality type is similar to general tendency of primary School Teachers’ and Students’. It is divided into four type, i.e., extroversion-introversion(EI), sensing-intuition(SN), thinking-feeling(TF), judging-perceiving(JP) and 16 types(ISTJ, ISFJ, INFP, INTJ, ISTP, ISFP, INFP, INTP, ESTP, ESFP, ENFP, ENTP, ESTJ, ESFJ, ENFJ, ENTJ) and four function(ST, SF, NF, NT) and four character(SJ, SP, NF, NT), After that, their relation with Teaching and Learning, Methods of practical Arts to Personality Type of primary School Teachers’ and Learning Meothods of practical Arts to Personality Type of primary School Teachers’ and Learning Meothods of practical Arts to Personality Type of primary School Teachers’ and Students’, were examined. The study found difference between Teachers personality type,(16 type, four function. and four character). and Personality Type of primary School Students’. Conclusion through this result is that understanding the type of personality of each teachers’ and students’ might be very helpful in practical Arts education.
