The purposes of this study are to analyze the present situation of information education in all levels of schools - elementary, middle, high school. and educational university - and to construct the mandatory computer education curriculum model for the efficient information education in educational university. The researcher made a survey concerning how well students use computer and how they learn using computer. Computer education has changed to a new paradigm of fostering adaptability in information society. Computers are used as a teaching and learning tool in all classes of elementary schools. So all students should be educated to become the best users. The mandatory computer education curriculum should be systematic so that the content may include introductory computing courses and practical ones. The curriculum should be include the following : managing paper-and-pencil work, educating the computer literacy, and using computer as a teaching and learning tool for all curricula. And this curriculum should be revised when the students who complete the 7th National Curriculum enter the college.
