The purpose of this study were to make for structured, systematic textbook evaluation criteria. The data were collected by questionaries from 210 specialist the whole country National University of Education - a professor, a teacher - analyzed by SPSS/PC package program. The Statistical technique used for analyzed were frequency, mean, factor analysis. The research findings were as follows : 1. Satisfaction of Practical Arts Education Textbook were ‘average’ 44.2%, ‘dissatisfaction’ 40.5% and dissatisfaction caused subjects, content of experiment practice. 2. As a result of making factor analysis, textbook evaluation criteria were classified that 69 items in 7 categories. 7 categories were 66 % explanation of textbook evaluation criteria and validity of education curriculum reflection were recognized very important factor (45% explanation).
