This research was focused on the recognition of elementary school teachers, school managers and educational administrators about practical arts education. The subjects of this study were 321 peoples who included 165 elementary school teachers, 90 school managers and 66 educational expert officials and they are living in the Kyungsang province and Ulsan city. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the subjects considered practical arts education to be important considerably, as they made a good score in understanding of its importance(M=3.57 on five-point scale). The group that highest value on its importance was school managers, followed by educational expert officials and elementary school teachers. Second, they expressed a good understanding of practical arts education’s objective(M =3.90 on five-point scale). Third, all the three groups had a good view of practice room(M=4.17 on five-point scale).
