This study (1) has reviewed the meaning of educational environment in Practical Arts Education, (2) has schematized the environment of Practical Arts Education as physical environment, teacher environment, curriculum environment, and sociostructural environment, (3) has examined the phenomena in each environment, (4) has pointed out the future direction to improve. The review of previous research, questionnaires, interviews was employed to reach the goals of this study. The results of this study have shown that the educational environment of Practical Arts Education has been perceived by research subjects as dissatisfactorily poor and negative. Considering that the important influences of each educational environment on the students’ academic behaviors and achievements in Practical Arts Education, it has been suggested that understanding the mechanism of interactions among educational environments and their effects is required to understand and practice Practical Arts Education effectively.
