The Development Strategies of Electronic Performance Support System for Practical Arts Education

The patterns of education for school are changing to the learningㆍteaching of student-centered from teacher-centered. Therefore, the newly and variety learning teaching schemes are needed for help to the teaching performance of teachers and learning performance of students in Practical Arts education too. For satisfy to these needs, electronic performance support system(EPSS) is suggested. Then, EPSS was defined as follows. “An EPSS is an electronic system that provides integrated, on-demand access to information, advice, learning experience, and tools to enable a high level of job performance with minimum of support from other people”. But, the above define and the almost statements of definitions and characteristics, functions, processes of development for this system are to business and efficiency of working ability at companies. So that, we have to change above elements of EPSS for suit to education of school and need much research to EPSS for Practical Arts education. In this research, the development strategies of EPSS for Practical Arts education with clear understand of EPSS were studied.
