초등학교 교육실습의 효율화 방안

A Study on Improvement of Student-Teaching Practice of Elementary School

The propose of this study is to grope for the reform measures needed to improve the management of student-teaching practice of elementary school. In order to achieve the goals of this study, questionnaires were used. The subjects of this project included 127 present teachers and 127 student-teachers and then 274 questionnaires were conducted x² test using the SPSS statistical program to clarify the significant differences between teachers and student-teachers. The results obtained from this study are as follows; 1. The significant differences of demands related to teaching practice were existed between teachers and student-teachers in many items, therefore all of training schools should cooperate with each other to establish the efficient teaching practice and should use model teaching plan for each subject. 2. Teaching practice should be focused on the sense of committment and fulfillment of the mission goals aimed at good, solid educational practices, as well as improving the overall schools programs teaching techniques. 3. In order to fulfill efficiently the teaching practice, the suggestions from the present teachers for the improvement teaching practice must be accepted. 4. To perform skillfully the teaching, students should learn the teaching skills and talents in university of education in advance.
