This study was to designed to synthesize quantitatively the master’s theses and doctoral dissertations focusing on children’s self-concept. This task was accomplishing by utilizing the meta-analysis technique of research integration. After review of 103 studies, 10 positive independent variables and 6 negative independent variables were chosen. These 16 independent variables were categorized 3 different groups according to living province such as personal factor, home factor, school factor. Among the positive variables proposed in this study, inner regressive nature variable showed the highest average effect size(1.120). Among the negative variables proposed in this study, children’s problematic activity variable turned out to highly affect self-concept.
