제7차 실과 교과서의 ‘우리 생활과 전기ㆍ전자’ 단원의 집필 방향과 교수 전략

The existing value of Practical Arts Education is an external value such as the ordinary means of life or value of necessary means. However, another value of Practical Arts Education is the internal value. Recently, the Elementary Technology Education is changing from emphasizing “brown,” “craft,” “industry” centered education program of the past, to education which seeks “brain and mind” based on technological hands on activities. The purpose of the study was to review the basic direction for organizing the contents and the instructional strategies of ‘Electricity and Electronics in Life’ unit of Practical Arts Subject. The fundamental viewpoint of organization of content was allows divergent thinking needs to be considered positively through open-closed problems which develops problem solving ability and evaluation ability for technological literacy. In order to cultivate the problem solving and evaluating ability required in the 21st century information society, it is necessary to make these reflected positively in the textbook of practical arts subject. And instructional strategies of ‘Electricity and Electronics in Life’ unit of Practical Arts Subject should focused the problem-solving approach and cooperative leaning approach. The content of Elementary Technology Education for Practical Arts Education Program needs to be formed based on scholarly organization of the study of technology. And The content of Elementary Technical Education for Practical Arts Education needs to boldly introduce understanding toward new and up-to-date technology and should be structured in harmony with our traditional technologies.
