Now, at school, the descriptive assessment sentence is used to show the learning accomplishment results of students. Learning accomplishment results must provide useful materials to show the student’s aptitude and capability. Therefore, the descriptive assessment sentence ’is very important. But most of the teachers describe it by specific evaluation result and observation result for the student in teaching-learning process. They don’t create the sentence himself and only select it from a few reference or software for treatment a school report. This descriptive assessment sentence must describe according to objective standard and materials drawn out from result of various assessment methods and elements. Especially, assessment of Practical Arts Education needs practical assessment of 60%, the practical assessment needs to evaluate not only performance result of practical subject but also evaluation for student’s learning process. Then, it is very difficult to teachers at present school environments. Now, we need effective system to draw out the descriptive assessment sentence at school. This study is on the system development to draw out the descriptive assessment sentence from assessment materials of various methods and elements in Practical Arts Education assessment. In this research, the examples of sentences that teacher was used to describe at a school report were included and the perception about descriptive assessment sentence of teachers is discussed. This research will help teacher’s assessment job and to search objective method about the descriptive assessment sentence.
