Purpose of this study was to re-illuminate and justify practical arts educations’ value from a physical viewpoint. This study was carried out through literature review and analysis of materials related to physical reality and importance of the hand, hands’ activity, relationship of the hand and the head, right-left hemisphere of the cerebral cortex, and flow of brain waves. The number of bones in the two hands amounts to 54 which come under one-forth of the whole body’s bones. When working with hands, lots of bones as well as nerves works together in close cooperation. More than thirty percent of cerebral cortex activate when we use the hand called ‘the 2th brain’ or ‘projected brain’. Therefore, a lot of work with hands such as ‘chopstick using’, ‘cutting with scissors’, ‘clay making’, ‘block playing’, etc. could help activation of the brain. According to a viewpoint of right-left brain hemisphere, right hemisphere control the part of emotion such as singing, drawing, and loving, meanwhile left hemisphere control the part of recognition such as analysis, synthesis, and logic. Practical arts education gives emphasis to the right hemisphere development related to EQ taken as more important part in the future rather than the left hemisphere development related to IQ. Especially, from a viewpoint of brain wave’s flow, when we see flowers, alpha(α) waves generated in the state of psychological stability are produced a lot, meanwhile delta(δ) waves generated in the state of psychological unstability are decreased relatively. It means that psychological stability of students could be made through flowers’ growing activity in the practical arts education. And also, sound and fragrance of nature winch axle to touch behind the scams in the midst of practical arts education was identified to promote mat and women’s memory and concentration. It was identified that practical arts education from a physical viewpoint have a lot of values. All these materials can be used to justify practical arts education in the future.
