Development and Analysis of the WBI Design Model in Public School

The propose of this study was to develop the WBI design model by elementary school. This study were done the existing instructional design models of analysis. Dick and Carry’s the systematic approach model was selected to the basic form. The process of this development and design factors based on Dick and Carry’s model. The developed WBI design model divided into 4 stages(the analysis of instruction-the strategy of instruction-the WBI development-the application of instruction). To make sure the first developed model is valid or not through the expert group of professors in the computer education and the incumbent teachers, after that I corrected, supplied weak points for the model. The supplied model divided into 4 stages. After this study, for further studies in the WBI design model some recommendations were suggested as follows: First, there is need that analysis of curriculum contents for effective applications of Internet in teaching. Second, this study presented the new model of class unit, there should be promoted that studies related on various forms of learning(the individual learning, the small group learning, and etc). Third, the existing educational web sites need some evaluations. If we have evaluation results about learning forms, learning contents, subjects, objects, and etc, we will be easy to apply WBI. Fourth, when people do internet searches, applications for WBI data they often uses quotations without disclosing the source. In the case of quotations from the internet, it should be disclosed the source.
