The resource limitedness and scarcity become issues of not only in Korea but also in the world. So we need to have an attitude protecting environment around the earth. But it’s not enough to teach about protecting environment at school, so we should have environmental education appling ICT module. This study aroused a controversy on possibility of appling ICT in unit of Protect Environment, designed learning module reflecting ICT teaching and learning, applied the learning module, and investigated appling the module based on ICT in elementary school. This research analyzed the environmental education areas at 7th curriculum, examined if teaching and learning method of an elementary practical arts after investing books for reference related ICT application is suitable or not, made teaching plans using the learning module reflecting ICT at elementary Practical Arts Education, and verified the effect of teaching on cognitive and affective areas after appling the module at elementary school. The subjects were 76 sixth grade students, with an experimental group (39) and a control group (37). Pre- and post-tests were given to the subjects. No significant difference discovered between the experimental and control group at Pre- test. But after treatment, experimental group significantly outperformed cognitive and affective area achievement of environmental education than control group. So the result of this study showed environmental education using ICT is more effective than general education at environmental cognitive and affective area achievement. So appling ICT teaching was verified one of the proper elementary practical arts education. Teaching and learning module using ICT designed at this study can be said well reflected at elementary Practical Arts Education.
