초등학교 교사들의 실과 전담 연수에 대한 요구도 조사

The Purpose of this study was analyzing the needs of elementary school teachers for in-service program of practical arts education. The major results and the propositions were as follows; 1. In-service program of practical arts education should be developed to focusing on the practical problem solving methods especially when applying practical arts curriculum in class. so that improve the quality of in-service program of practical arts education by entrusting the experts who possess special practical skill ability with lecture. 2. In-service program of practical arts education should be developed with the conditions of the teachers for physical and environmental circumstances such as time, place, and etc. 3. computer skills and environmental attitudes were preferred to be strengthened in the program. Cooking and food preperation, operating electric equipment, cultivating a flower and gardening were exposed to the priority order needed to be strengthened.
