This study aims to investigate relating to brain science, creativity and invention education etc and to develop the invention education program based on the characteristics of the brain. The conclusions of this study are as follows. 1) In the brain functional aspect, the right and left brain must cooperate in a combinational way in order to manifest creativity effectively. 2) It is need to developing the learning materials and the learning environments, which are activating the frontal area of the cerebral cortex and carrying out the both brain education in order to achieve the goals of invention education. 3) Invention education through the various subject teaching could be cultivate knowledge, feeling, thinking and skill setting a goal of the invention education, after finding the elements of invention education about the each subject. 4) Out of the major contents of invention education, the intellectual understanding area is closely connected with the science subject contents. Sentimental attitude area, creative thinking area and invention skill area out of the major contents of invention education are closely connected with the practical arts education contents. 5) It is presented the invention learning program based on the characteristics of the brain.
