This study was conducted to develop the Program Model of for Educational Robot in the Elementary School. And the study were conducted through literature research, evaluation research of experts. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The variables of concept for Educational ROBOT were established the educational objective of E-ROBOT, the educational activity of E-ROBOT, the educational target of E-ROBOT, the educational curricular of E-ROBOT. 2. The theoretical foundation of Program Model of Educational ROBOT based on the process-oriented through problem solving. 3. The content of Program Model of Educational ROBOT were proposed two domain: the educational objective of E-ROBOT(understanding of ROBOT, operation of ROBOT, problem solving of ROBOT, assessment of ROBOT), the educational activity of E-ROBOT(understanding, managing, programming, game activities of ROBOT) based on literature research, evaluation research of experts. 4. Based on the Program Model of Educational ROBOT, the example of program structure and problem were developed in the study. The positive effects of E-ROBOT would increase technological literacy as well as improve students’ creativity, problem-solving ability.
