초등학생의 과일 선택 방법 및 인지도에 관한 연구

A Study on Choice Mode and Acknowledge Extent of Ripe Fruit in the Elementary School Students

This study was conducted to investigate choice criteria and mode of full ripe fruit, and acknowledge extent of fruit in the elementary school students. This result were as follows; (1) The elementary school students was investigated to usually eat fruit interval 1~2day, however they did not conceive that the fruits were correspond to their tree. (2) The choice criteria of ripe fruit was ranked the change of colour, shape, size and flavor. The choice criteria of ripe apple, pair and grape was relatively important factor in colour, size and shape, respectively. (3) The students of 4, 6 grade replied to 79.5%, 72.1%, respectively that apple, pair and grape sold in winter was producted in plastic film house. However, that was import and/or store fruit in fact. (4) The elementary school students have known shape of taste fruit, good habit to eat fruit.
