초등학교에서의 로봇 교육에 관한 연구

These days, we often come into contact with sentences like ‘In the near future, human robot which thinking and acting like man will appear’, ‘Robot which love with human came up to us at no distant date’. These sentences tell us that many parts of current human life are related with robot. So we need to understand about usefulness of robot and have skillful control ability of it for more convenient life. These will come true when the contents about robot are applied to the elementary school curriculum. The purpose of this research was to provide the materials for effective robot education in elementary school. This research discussed about educational characteristics of robot that is produced and sold now, the educational effectiveness of robot and contents to be researched for robot education in elementary school. Also, this paper describes the opinion of elementary school teachers for various contents about robot education in elementary school by question method. The questions include as follows, the necessity and the reason of robot education in elementary school, appropriate time curriculum, teaching method and education contents for robot education, the teacher’s ability for effective robot education, training programs and contents for teachers, etc. The research result will propose the suitable type of robot forelementary students, contents to be educate, study and training method for teacher and direction of research for effective robot education in elementary school.
