Practice and Guidance Possibility of Technology Field in Practical Arts through the Discretionary Activity

This study has a purpose of recognizing the relation between technology field contents and discretion activity, and researching possibility of technology field guide in discretionary activity of the elementary school. We have presented the practice about a guidance plan of technology field, selecting the chapter 5(our life and wooden goods) out of practical arts subject in elementary six grade. We found that the technology field contents have closely connected with the object of discretionary activity. It could be expanded the high spirit ability as the problem solving ability, the rational thinking, the critical thinking, the creativity through the technology field out of practical arts subject. Therefore, we think that the practice of technology field guide(guidance plan, action result data, teaching guidance plan) can be used as reference data carrying out discretionary activity in elementary school. From now on we need to execute the guidance of various discretionary activity program for practical arts education in elementary school.
