The purposes of this study were to diagnose and to seek alternatives application of e-Learning in Practical Arts education. This study was designed to synthesize quantitatively the master’s thesises focusing on effect e-Learning related materials on learning in Practical Arts education. This task was accomplished by utilizing Meta-analysis technique of research integration as defined by Glass. The result of this analysis 27 effectsizes(ES) were calculated and m=.8191. This study suggested two strategies for application of e-Learning on Practical Arts Education. First, It was a strategies that integrating cyber tutor helping and school education. Second, it was a goal that improve problem solving in the real world. The strategy included cyber discussion, cyber tutor’s scaffolding and designing solutions.
