초등 예비교사의 창의적 문제해결 능력 강화를 위한 문제중심학습(PBL) 교육 자료 개발 연구
A Study on the Development of PBL Educational Materials for Improving ElementaryTeacher Trainees’ Creative Problem Solving Skill - Based at Living Technology Area of Practical Arts Education

Purpose of this study was to explore for the application plan of PBL(Problem Based Learning) to ‘ESTE(Elementary School Technology Education)’ at National University of Education, to develop PBL educational material, apply it to educational field of National University of Education, and analyze its effectiveness. This study was carried out through literature review and analysis of materials related to PBL and ESTE, a qualitative experimental research, and a survey research. Results of the study were as follows; 1) It was identified that there were some similarities between PBL and ESTE at the aspects of emphasizing a creative problem solving skill, emphasizing the integrative approach to the real world and other subjects. So, the application of PBL to ESTE at National University of Education could be concluded that it had a high validity logically. 2) PBL Problems for instruction of the National University of Education were developed at the area of 14 subjects. Development principles of PBL problems were ill-structured, context of real world, integration of various subjects and interdisciplinary, and concreteness. 3) PBL Problems were developed at the area of such as ; investigating of creativity brief, drawing. plan of house, floating paper in the air for a long time, searching general rules of assembling Soma cube, assembling Soma cube into a regular hexa-hedron, making moving toy, making electric panel using 3 line switch, making electric stand, knowing kinds and using of woods, making magazine box, making various multi box, etc. And, Validities of those problems all were recognized highly by expert group. 4) PBL problems were applied to authentic instructions. Some questions about how to enforce creative problem solving skill were solved to some degree. That is to say, creative problem solving skill could be improved and enforced through endless inspiration, affirmative attitude, concrete experience, reflective thought, etc.
