The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for building-up standard of Practical Arts Curriculum by analyzing actual conditions of required courses related to Practical Arts in national university of education. The research was focused on analysis on objectives and contents of the required courses related to Practical Arts, and their connection system and operating system. Findings of this study were as follows. Practical Arts required courses were carried out arbitrary syllabus and operating system that were constructed by the agreement and the specialization of professors in Practical Arts department. So, the syllabus component such as objectives, contents, etc. and operating system were various. Therefore, it needs to be balanced of Practical Arts required courses between national universities of education. Also, Practical Arts curriculum in universities should be connected articulately elementary school practical Arts curriculum, and guarantee pre-service teachers’ expertise on Practical Arts education in elementary school.
