The purpose of this study was to develop teaching and learning materials and design of model for effective drawing education in elementary school. In this study, the aim of drawing education was established and the contents were selected. Also teaching and learning materials were developed with learning model design for efficient drawing education. These were applied in actual educational field for propriety and conformity inspection. The results of this study are as follows. First, when considering the stream of drawing education in elementary and middle schools, basic level of drawing education and performance process of elementary school children, the learning aim and contents which construction and sketch out the object of simple configuration which hexahedron and cylinder shape were appropriate for drawing education. Second, teaching and learning materials which composed of various foundational shape, basic model and changed model were appropriate to help the design and sketch out of object to elementary school students. These materials had several good facts to children at the view of handling but it had several no good facts like material, endurance and safety etc. Third, at the combination of application model, guide message need to maintain the same direction(width, depth, height) of model as picture data in this study. Fourth, the construction and sketch ability of elementary school children were increased after applied the learning model, and showed the noticeable difference between applied class and unapplied class. Finally, based on the result of this study, if the various and appropriate materials are used and the newly effective learning model are applied to elementary school, the drawing ability of elementary school students will be much more increased.
