4차 산업혁명 시대의 보육교사 연수 공공성 강화 방안

Strengthening Publicness of In-service Education for Early Childhood Teachers in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래와 새 정부의 보육정책에 따라 영유아의 전인발달에 중요한 영향력을 미치는 보육교사 대상 현직연수에 관하여 살펴보고 보육교사의 연수 공공성 강화 방안을 강구하고자 한다. 보육서비스의 질적 수준 향상과 공공성이라는 정책적 변화와 관련해서 보육교사 에게 요구되는 것은 당연히 전문성이라 할 수 있기에 의무교육의 성격을 갖고 있는 법정연수 현황을 통하여 그들에게 유용한 현직연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하며, 보육의 질을 높이기 위한 자기 개발을 위한 연수도 제안한다. 첫째, 보육교사의 근무조건 개선과 같은 전문성 향상을 위한 지원 환경 조성이다. 둘째, 공공보육의 현실화 방안으로 교사별 지원 프로그램 운영이다. 셋째, 보육교사의 보수교육방법 및 평가방법의 개선이다. 넷째, 연수 프로그램의 교육 대상자 확대와 실천적 지식 전문가의 보육기술 요구이다. 이러한 본 연구의 제안점을 토대로 향후 보육교사 연수 프로그램의 공공성이 더욱 강화 될 것을 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the in-service education of childcare teachers, which have an important influence on the development of infants and toddlers according to the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era and the new government s childcare policy, and find ways to strengthen publicness of in-service education. The findings were as follows; First, the support environment for professional improvement such as improvement of working condition of childcare teachers. Second, it is the implementation of the support program for each teacher as a realization of public child care. Third, improvement of in-service training and evaluation method of childcare teachers. The suggestions of this study will strengthen the publicness of in-service education for early childhood teachers.
