부모의 부정적 정서성이 양육효능감과 양육행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 아버지와 어머니의 부정적 정서성이 부모 양육효능감과 양육행동에 대한 상호의존적 영향력을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 수도권에 거주하며 12개월 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니와 아버지로 총 117가정, 234명이다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 2014년 9월부터 11월 사이에 영아기 자녀의 월령이 3개월 되는 시점의 가정을 모집하였으며, 영아가 9개월, 12개월 되는 시점마다 필요한 정보를 수집하였다. 부모들은 자기보고형 척도를 통해 부정적 정서성, 양육효능감, 양육행동을 평정하였다. 연구결과, 아버지와 어머니의 부정적 정서성은 양육효능감에 자기효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육효능감은 양육 행동에 대해 자기효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 아버지의 양육효능감만이 어머니의 양육 행동에 상대방 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 12개월 이하의 첫 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 이루어져 개인특성인 부정적 정서성과 양육행동에 대한 부부 간 영향력을 검증한 데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of present study was to identify the mutual dynamism of fathers’ and mothers’ negative emotionality, parental self-efficacy and parenting behavior. A total of 117 parents with infants participated in this study. Parents completed questionnaires concerning their negative emotionality, parental self-efficacy, and parenting behavior. Data were analyzed upon the Actor-Partner interdependence(APIM) model using the SPSS and AMOS programs. First, Fathers’ and mothers’actor effect was significant, which meant that parental emotionality predict the parenting efficacy at 9 month of infancy. Second, parents’parenting efficacy predict parenting behavior as actor effect. The partner effect between fathers’ parenting efficacy and mothers’ parenting behavior. This research demonstrates the actor effect of emotionality and parenting efficacy. which in turn affects parenting behavior as well as factors that need to be considered in pre-parental education.
