국내 숲유치원 관련 연구동향 분석

An Analysis of a Research Trend Relevant to Forest Kindergarten within the Country

본 연구는 숲유치원과 관련된 연구들을 총체적이고 세부적으로 분석하여 숲유치원에 관한 연구의 필요성과 중요성을 환기시키고 최종적으로 숲유치원과 관련된 연구의 향후 과제를 설정하는 것과 연구방향성을 모색하는데 기초적인 토대를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2017년 12월부터 2018년 3월까지 숲유치원과 관련된 논문 253편을 선정 및 수집하였다. 수집된 자료들은 분석 기준에 근거하여 연도별 게재 현황을 분석한 후 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법의 동향에 대해 알아보고 그 내용을 분석하여 정리했다. 연구결과, 2012년부터 2018년까지 분석한 논문은 석사논문 157편, 박사논문 12편, 학술지논문 84편이었으며, 유아교육을 전공하는 연구자의 연구가 181편으로 가장 많았다. 그리고 연구대상인 지역은 서울 54편, 경기 32편이었으며 연구 주제의 동향에서는 교육적 효과를 다룬 연구가 175편, 인식 및 요구도 39편이었다. 또한 연구기관은 유치원 104편, 어린이집 62편이었고, 연령은 만5세 87편, 만4세 21편, 만3세 8편이었으며 연구방법은 양적연구 172편, 질적연구 62편, 문헌연구 13편으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 국내 숲유치원 관련 연구를 보다 광의적이고 다양한 관점을 활용하여 연구 할 수 있는 방향성을 제시 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest future research directivity through generally figuring out the researches related to forest kindergarten, through seeking a research direction on forest kindergarten, and through offering basic data necessary for establishing a research task. To achieve this objective, 253 theses relevant to forest kindergarten were selected and collected from December 2017 to March 2018. The collected materials were arranged by analyzing the present status of publication by year on the basis of the analytic criterion, by examining about a trend of a research theme, a research subject and a research method, and then by analyzing those contents. As a result of research, the papers, which were analyzed from 2012 to 2018, included 157 master s theses, 12 doctoral theses and 84 scholarly journal articles. The studies by researchers of majoring in early childhood education amounted to 181 pieces, thereby having been the largest. And the regions as the research subjects included Seoul with 54 pieces and Gyeonggi with 32 pieces. As for a trend of research theme, there were 175 pieces as a research of having addressed an educational effect, and 39 pieces concerning awareness and demand. Also, the research institutions included kindergarten with 104 pieces and child care center with 62 pieces. Ages involved fully 5 years old with 87 pieces, fully 4 years old with 21 pieces, and fully 3 years old with 8 pieces. A research method was indicated to be a quantitative research with 172 pieces, a qualitative research with 62 pieces and a documentary research with 13 pieces. Based on this outcome, there was the suggestion of directivity available for inquiring into a research relevant to forest kindergarten within the country down the road by applying broader and more diverse perspectives.
