의사결정계층(AHP)분석을 활용한 학교무용의 교수역량 평가지표 개발

Development of Evaluation Indicators of Teaching Competency for the School Dance Education through the AHP

이 연구의 목적은 학교무용 교육현장에서 요구되는 교수역량의 요소들을 탐색하고 교수실행의 각 단계에서 준거가 되는 평가지표를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 무용 교육 전문가 26명을 대상으로 델파이조사와 의사결정계층(AHP) 분석을 실시하였다. 학교무용 교수역량에서 요구되는 평가지표의 우선순위 분석결과, 주도성, 창의성, 다양성, 관계성의 4개 영역과 총 16개의 항목이 도출되었다. 주도성에서는 ‘학습자 중심의 자기주도적 탐구’, 창의성에서는 ‘창의적 발문과 도전과제’, 다양성에서는 ‘다양한 학습자 수준과 조건 고려’, 관계성에서는 ‘협업과 관계중심의 활동’을 각각 가장 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 영역의 항목을 포함하는 복합가중치에서는 주도성과 창의성이 중요하게 요구되고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 이 연구는 학교 무용교육의 교수설계와 실행의 모든 단계에서 교수역량 평가지표의 중요성을 강조하고 교수역량의 질적 개선과 전문성 측면에서 시사점을 논하였다.

The purpose of this study was to draw indicators of teaching competency for evaluation of school dance education through AHP. Consequently, the study would like to propose future directions for dance education with a view to improving teaching and learning strategy – important factors in actual school education field. In an attempt to induce overall evaluation and consensus, the study employed the Delphi method and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) introduced by Saaty(1994) on the path to collect experts’ opinions. Expert groups comprised 19 persons in total with experiences of planning, education, assessment of school dance education. Evaluation indicators, obtained from the study, were as follows. First, evaluation indicators drawn for dance education in school were four areas of independence, creativity, diversity and connectedness with 16 items in total under the areas. Based on this, the study was discussed that evaluation indicator of dance education in school as such can and must be reviewed in the aspects of education design and methodology, contents and performances from the perspective of teacher and be used as a guideline to create dynamic educational environments and systematic approaches inducing learning achievement from various point of view. Based on this, the study would like to emphasize that for the moment, evaluation indicators of teaching competency needs to strengthen educational expertise in school dance education and should be utilized that indicator helps to strengthen professionals of dance education.
