유아교과교재연구및지도법 수업에서 예비유아교사의 반성적 수업분석 능력 신장을 위한 실행연구

An Action Research to Develop Reflective Teaching Analysis Competency of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 반성적 수업분석 능력을 신장시키기 위한 실행연구로, 2017학년도 2학기에 연구자가 강의하는 유아교과교재연구및지도법 수업을 중심으로 8월부터 12월까지 수행되었다. 연구참여자는 충청도 소재 4년제 대학의 유아교육학과 3학년 학생 32명이었다. 연구자는 이전 수업에 대한 반성과 문헌분석을 바탕으로 현직 교사의 수업사례분석, 마이크로티칭, 교수와의 수업분석 면담을 계획하고 실행하였다. 연구참여자들의 경험을 알아보기 위하여 저널, 수업행동분석보고서, 면담 전사 노트, 연구자 저널을 수집하고 내용분석 하였다. 실행 결과, 현직 교사의 수업사례분석, 마이크로티칭, 교수와의 수업분석 면담은 예비유아교사의 반성적 수업분석 능력 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 실행연구 과정을 통해 연구자도 유아교과교재연구및지도법 수업을 분석하고 반성할 수 있었으며 과정과 결과를 공유함으로써 예비교사교육에 기여하고자 한다.

This study was an action research to develop reflective teaching analysis competency of pre-service early childhood teachers conducted in the class of teaching materials and method study for young children in the fall semester of 2017, from August to December. The participants were 32 junior students at a university in the Chung-cheong province. The researcher planned and implemented a teaching analysis on in-service teachers’ classes, micro-teaching, and interviews for teaching analysis with a professor, based on the reflections of previous class and literature review. In order to investigate participants’ experiences, the researcher collected and analy z ed self-reports on teaching, journals, interview transcripts, and researcher journals. In the results, such experiences as teaching analysis on in-service teachers’ classes, micro-teaching, and interviews for teaching analysis with a professor seemed to influence positively to their teaching analysis competency development. The researcher could analy z e and reflect the class of teaching materials and method study and would like to contribute to the pre-service teacher education by sharing the procedures and results.
