초등교사의 바른 식생활 실천이 바른 식생활 교육의 필요성에 미치는 영향

The Effect of the Dietary Practices of Elementary School Teachers on the Perception of Necessity for Dietary Education

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사들의 바른 식생활 실천 정도와 바른 식생활 교육 필요성에 대한 인식을 살펴보고, 바른 식생활 실천 정도가 바른 식생활 교육의 필요성에 미치는 영향을 파악 하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 초등교사를 대상으로 2015년 11월 16일부터 27일까지 설문지 580부를 배부하여 회수된 555부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하였고, 기술통계, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 적률상관관계수를 사용하였다. 초등 교사들의 바른 식생활 실천이 바른 식생활 교육필요성에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위해 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교사들은 바른 식생활 내용 중 배려와 감사의 교육 필요성을 가장 크게 인지하고 있었다. 교사들의 바른 식생활 실천에서 건강친화적 식생활 영역의 평균이 가장 높게 나타났다. 교직 경력 집단에 따라 바른 식생활 교육 필요성과 바른 식생활 실천의 평균에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 바른 식생활 교육 필요성과 관련 변인들의 상관관계 분석결과, 바른 식생활 교육 필요성과 바른 식생활 실천 변인들은 높은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 교사 자신이 실천하고 있는 바른 식생활 영역일수록 해당 내용의 교육 필요성을 높게 인지하고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는, 올바른 식생활 교육의 구현과 바른 식생활 교육의 활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions of elementary school teachers about dietary practice and necessity for dietary contents education and to investigate the effect of dietary practice on the necessity for dietary content education. From November 16 to 27, 2015, 580 questionnaires were distributed, and 555 of the questionnaires were used for final analysis. SPSS 23.0 program was used for the analysis and descriptive statistics were conducted to identify the general characteristics of the subjects. We used one way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation and multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of the dietary of elementary school teachers on the necessity for dietary education contents. As a result of the study, Teachers were most perceived of the necessity of education in appreciation and consideration. The mean of healthy eating habits was the highest in teachers correct eating habits. There was a significant difference between the necessity of right dietary education and the mean of right diet practice according to teaching career group. The necessity of right dietary education and the correlation of related variables showed that the necessity of right dietary education and correct dietary practice were highly correlated. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the more teachers practiced the dietary of the area, the higher the necessity of education in the area. These results can help the implementation of correct dietary education and the activation of proper dietary education.
