Care Dose 4D를 이용한 흉부검사의 노출조건의 적정성 연구

A study of appropriate expose condition in Chest CT for Care Dose 4D

Purpose We intended to inspect the optimum exposure condition which lessens the quality deterioration of picture at the chest examination using Care Dale 4D Materials and methods We measured the Volume, Noise, CTDIvol, and DIP of the models according to the changes of kVp and mAs, by inserting nine models, manufactured randomly, into the phantom of the chest in manikin. We used 64 MDCT and Wizard Workstation for examination equipment and analyzed the relationship comparatively using SPSS(Ver. 12) for statistical analysis Results The Volume of the model according to the change of kVp and Quality reference mAs showed attentive value(P>0.05), remaining similar. On the contrary, the value of Noise indicated the decrease (P<0.05) according to the increase of kVp and Quality reference mAs and CTDIvol and DLP increased according to the increase of kVp and Quality reference mAs. Conclusion For the chest CT usfug Care Dale 4D, we can minimize the exposure dose of the patient by using proper kVp and Quality reference mAs without quality deterioration of picture.
