Actors in cyberspace exist in a coded form. In this sense, cyberspace represents a phenomenon of coevolution in which the interdependent elements of human and media influence each other and evolve. Therefore, the seriousness and importance of cyber security contrasts with the real world in that the spatial characteristics are basically based on instability, suddenness, self-organization, and reciprocity. These are also associated with expanding the complexity not just confined to cyber virtual space, but also by connecting with emerging and evolving physical bases. For this reason, in order to understand the Securitization of cyberspace, it is necessary to first grasp the characteristics of Internet ecosystems including technology, society, politics, economics, and cultural factors. However, unlike the real world, cyberspace has no boundaries between time and space, and the existence and relationship of actors are uncertain and very complicated. In this respect, this paper study suggests that Complex Systems Theory and Actor-Network theory(ANT) provide useful perspectives to understand security issues including the characteristics of cyberspace. Therefore, this paper attempts to understand the dynamics and Securitization issues of cyberspace through the view of Complex Systems Theory and ANT. Based on this understanding, I would like to consider the current status of cyber security in Korea and discuss its implications.
