중ㆍ장년 실직자의 정서적 안정감과 구직강도의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

The Examination of Mediation Effect that Resilience has on Relationship between Emotional Stability and Job Search Intensity of Middle Aged Unemployed Person

본 연구는 중ㆍ장년 실직자의 정서적 안정감과 구직강도의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충북 C시의 중ㆍ장년 실직자 273명 (남:142, 여:131)을 대상으로 2017년 10월11일~12월14일까지 정서적 안정감 척도, 회 복탄력성 척도, 구직강도 척도 자료를 수집하였으며 매개효과를 알아보기 위한 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시해 나온 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서적 안정감은 구직강도에 유의미한 부적 상관을, 회복탄력성은 구직강도에 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈 다. 둘째, 정서적 안정감과 구직강도의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 매개효과를 나타내었으며 특히 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 긍정성의 부분 매개효과는 구직강도를 높이는데 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 내적 심리적 변인인 회복 탄력성의 중요성을 재확인하였으며 실직자의 구직강도를 높이기 위해 구직상담 장면에서 회복탄력성 사용을 증진시켜 내담자에 대한 개입 방안의 가능성을 제공한다.

This study was aimed to examine the mediating effects of resilience in the relationship between emotional stability and job search intensity of middle aged unemployed. In order to achieve the purpose of this research. The subjects were 273(male: 142, female: 131)middle aged unemployed from C center located in Cheongju. Instruments used in the study were as follows: resilience scale, emotional stability scale, job search intensity scale. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, there were statistically significant correlation among in resilience, emotional stability, job search intensity of middle aged unemployed. Second, there were a mediation effect of resilience on relationship between emotional stability and job search intensity turned out be significant. In particular, a partial effect of positiveness on relationship between emotional stability and job search intensity turned out be significant.
