In this study the authors observed the status of milk sanitation. and fat rate and protein rate in raw milk during five years from 1979 to 1983. The results were summerized as follows: 1) The average rejection rate of milk collected was 0.53% during five years in recent, and its seasonal changes was statistically confirmed (p<0.01). 2) The mean rate of milk fat was 3.45土0.14% and that of milk protein was 3.46土0.11% during five years. In the seasonal variation of milk fat and milk protein were the order of winter. autumn, spring and summer, respectively. 3) There was a highly significant level of correlation coefficient was r=+0.945(p<0.01) between milk fat and milk protein rate in raw milk. And the regression equation induced from it was: Y=1.158+0.666X(y is milk protein rate in %, x is milk fat rate in %).
