Making 480 flocks of Gyeonggido chiefly and other provinces an object of this study, Newcastle disease hemagglutination inhibition antibody(NDHIA) titers were surveyed by seasons, parent stock and commercial chicken, ege and ND infected or noninfected. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. In Autumn and Winter the NDHI titers were a little higher than that of other seasons. 2. The flocks of lower than HI antibody titers of 3 log₂, against Newcastle disease virus(NDV) of commercial broiler(CB), commercial layer(CL), broiler breeder(BB) and layer breeder(LB), each of them showed 33.3%, 32.4%, 7.9% and 12.1%. 3. All regions of HI antibody titers lower than 3 log₃ was over 10%, except GangwonDo(9.1%). The flocks higher than HI antibody titers of 7 log₂, against NDV in GyeonggiDo showed that north of the Han River were 15.2% and that its south was 35.7%. 4. The flocks less than age of 30 weeks old which had HI antibody titers of lower than 3 log₂, to NDV were 33.6% but those of more than age of 30 weeks old which had the NDHI antibody titers of higher than 7 log₂ were 30.6%. 5. Most of the ND affected flocks which had HI antibody titers of 7 log₂ 69.3% whereas the ND noninfected flocks higher than 7 log₂ were 9%.
