F.S.H 投與에 따른 供卵牛의 過排卵 反應에 對한 小考

INDUCTION OF SUPEROVULATION IN DONOR COW ACCOROING TO ADMINISTRATION OF F.S.HORMONE

Studies on the superovulation in donor cattle according to the administration 7 F.S.hormone in different level of doses, method of administration, seasonal significance and the repeat use of the hormone were carried out during the period from February 1985 to October 1987. The results obtained were summarized as follow : It was recognized that the dose of F.S.H. in donor was proper with the range of 36 to 44 mg for the superovulation and that there was no signficant difference in the administration methods of the hormone. The superovulation was seen at the lowest number in summer and it was not significant with repeated use of the hormone, however, the period for recovery was tend to be extended with repeated used of it.
