The infestation rate of bovine fascioliasis in Inchon were carried out to 12,262 cattle for 4 years (1984~l987) by the intradermal hypersensitivity. Among them, 6537 cattle (53.3%) were responded to liver fluke antigen. The positive reactors were detected the highest as 56.6% in 1985. In the infestation rates of the fascioliasis by the age of the cattle, Korean native cattle were the highest as 62.09% at 2 years old of age and dairy cows as 20.55% at 4 years old of age. The total positive reactors for 4 years in Korean native cattle and dairy cows were detect as 69.3% and 53.1%, respectively. Of the areas enrolled from Gyeonggi-do to Inchon on 1st of January in 1989, the infestation rates of bovine fascioliasis in Uelwang-dong of Jung-Ku and Jangki-dong of Buk-ku were as high as 66.2% and 50.0%, respectively. In the questionaire surveys on the anthelminthics of the fascioliasis, the farms exterminating with helminthics of once a year were most predominant as 52% and the farms administering with the drugs in spring season were 48%.
