The author’s conducted an epidemiological observation on Korean hemorrhagic fever type of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) of zoonoses in Korean during the period from 1979 to 1988 for veterinary public health. The following results were summerized: The hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Korean and the year of highest incidence rate was 0.19 per 100,000 population of 1979 and the year of higher case fatality rate was 19.44% of 1984. Since the nicidence case of HFRS is geographically distribution along the mountain-range after 1960 up to now, howerer, show that patients are widely distributed throughout the Korea with urban cities having great number of cases. The seasonal incidence cases in percent of total HFRS cases in order autumn, winter, summer and spring were 75.2%, 19.13%, 4.45% and 1.02%, respectively. Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome appears to most frequency affect person 20 to 59 years old.
